There's some concern that when Hanlong said it was sending its own man from China to continue talks with SDL, they didn't mention Bannerman. Given that rumour has it that Beijing is reviewing Hanlong's bid for SDL, the market's probably scared that a delay in Beijing's decision will cause this 30th September condition to be unfulfilled, leading to the deal falling through.
