1000 new holders-good or bad?

Probably a good thing with larger holders and others who can't make use of the ff dividend selling to those who can.Turnover since September 2 is about 50 million shares or 20% of the capital.In October 2010 the top 20 held 56% of the capital and there were 1580 shareholders.I don't know why WPG is bothering to send the Notice of Meeting etc to new shareholders on Monday September 26 as I don't think many will lodge by the following Sunday.
