Please excuse the late reply marcmarcoz. An earth moving contractor in my network supplier's area dug through a trench containing 600 fibre optic lines on Thursday just as I was replying to your question.
With regards to the 2 ''main reasons'' they have been ;

2,, removed from the Co.
This reconciliation process I am confident, will have a profoundly positive effect upon your final question regarding ''delays''.
