Yes ASF caution is the name of the game and I will be watching XAO.The most cautious may leave the decision until Friday October 7.
I think the deal is a good one for both companies and agree if it doesn't proceed WPG should fall back to the pre-offer price.OST at 121c is already at a multi year low and I would expect it to fall too.It is a real pity that the deal has hit this turbulent time.While it may make sense to proceed with the deal even if XAO falls below 3650 there is no guarantee that condition will be waived.
It is all very frustrating for a potential buyer at the "right" price
