Good point Spaceboyc. With the coal seemingly of a sub par quality, perhaps our misfortune will actually be a blessing in disguise. Sure, we would've taken Kenya if it were handed to us, no doubt, but the opportunity to expand out of South Africa does not stop here. For example, perhaps we are on the verge of something even bigger and better than what Kenya had to offer?

I know I harped on about this point the other day, but I really feel that some big news is just around the corner in one form or another.

In the first minute of the Downunder preso two weeks ago, Don mentioned two things. Firstly that we have two mines running, with another in development, and a fourth at the feasibility stage. The second thing Don said was how the company has aspirations to move into coking coal as well. Now, if this was not such a high interest in Don's mind, he would not have mentioned this before the dozens of other things that make our company what it is.

A few months ago in a Resource Stocks article, one passage alluded to the company looking into coking coal in Mozambique. I trust we all know of the success that Riversdale Mining had there.

Finally, in all the efforts early last week to get the company's name out there, Don let slip in one of the interviews that Conti had an eye on moving into Eastern Africa.

Long story short, we may have missed out on Kenya, but I dare say we are going to have a look into coking coal in the not too distant future. You only have to look at how the likes of CEO, HDG and TVN have faired this year in these tough market conditions to see what an opportune coal acquisition can do for a stock's share price!
