I remember PC announced the BARDA grant as a company maker. I think it hit $1.66 on this announcement, we are now at exactly half that at 83 cents.

So we have lost 50% on that company making announcement!!

I do think it should have step-changed the shareprice, but management failed to capitalise on the momentum and here we are.

It all comes back to management failure in the areas of marketing and business acumen - I have not seen them ever do anything to rectify these weaknesses - the BOARD is accountable for this.
