The short sellers have nothing to do with the decline of the sp.
IMHO PDN is a speculative stock inflated by hype and hot money.
The Japan and French nuclear accidents ended the hype and the hot money as ended with QE2 and no announcement of QE3.
With a Global recession imminent commodity prices especially energy prices are taking a big hit.
