to a certian extent its more like the shell has been recycled.

You may have arguement with Mark Fitzgerald as the only continuing Director but pretty much everything else is new including the CEO and the rest of the directors.

Probably the new venture with decent management has considerably better business prospects with a 'real' business than the old PUL telecommunications model...
