The question was: what would need to be done to satisfy markets?
He did not answer the question at all and simply said the market does not give a rats what governments do; they will bring it down whatever happens and he will profit from it and he has been dreaming about doing this for 3 years. What a complete and utter.... If he wasn’t actually for real, you would think he was a comedian doing a caricature of an evil banker.
