letter to chairman

Dear Sir,

As a long term (and suffering) investor with your company I have received assurances
every year that everything is being done to bring the Centuri power station online.

Yet it seems that as each year goes by this objective remains unobtainable.

I have read that the transmission lines are required to be upgraded before any
electricity can be supplied from Dongarra to the new port of Oakajee or to the other parts of WA.

My question therefore is : Why should I participate in the recent share offering when
we seem no where near to our objective of providing power through the Centuri power station ?
