    looks like a confusing 3 way deal:

    "the current nickel,copper and PGE rights are held by Magma under a concurrent rights agreement with the tenement holder CRE"

    term of earn-in agreement:

    POS to earn 60% interest in NI, Cu and PGE rights for 3 year earn in period for expenditure of A$ 3 mill



    so how does that impact on CRE and therefore ultimately FML ?
