Good question doylebrun. That's the only logical suggestion I can think of that could lead to potentially good news.
Or perhaps it's related to a blown debt covenant that we're not aware of (which would be fairly bad news).
Either way I'd like to think that this wasn't corruption or stupidity on behalf of management.
