The move to 1.21 was clearly manipulated by insider instos.
As such, I believe the placement price will be at that level - 1.21 (give or take a cent or 2)
The question is why raise such a small amount in a depressed market state?
They must be desperate for the funds... One can only hope that this is now the end of the cash crunch & we can move upwards.
I hope this company doesn't follow in the footsteps of OZL when it begun it's downward spiral.
If PDN was ever going to be taken over, now would be a good time as it is looking very vulnerable...
