very simple. If someone printed an article saying that I may accept a crappy bid on my house in the next 10 days..I would stand up and refute the article immediately and say that negotiations are ongoing to get the best value.
As i have said before that fact that no one has officially come out and said a peep, says it all. I dont give rats bum that they said back 2 months ago "50c does not represent fair value". We are talking about now, some 2 months down the track. It needs to be reafirmed in light of this article.
