    I have heard from a reliable source that there is nothing even remotlely defamatory in this document.
    This is Jone's last stand. He's concrned about what the new directors will discover when they go through the books with a fine tooth comb. The party is over for Jones, Yeates, Craig, Graham and co. The trough will be removed.
