how about this theory:
there is a lot of talk coming from mainly the CEO himself but it's basically all hot air and aimed at the topic of TAKEOVER: undervalued, takeover target, bla bla bla
sp tanks and now this little act.
what if the dilution at current depressed sp is intended to push the sp even further down? if PDN wasn't an attractive target at 4$ or 2$, how about sub 1$. any buyers? how much cheaper=undervalued can it get?
