In relation to the proposal to roll the equity of the existing shareholders over to a lifeline from Stone heres an extract from the most recent ASX release.
Subject to a Superior Proposal, Ross Louthean recommends that
Shareholders vote in favour of the Resolution. He is of the opinion that
the Resolution is in the best interest of Shareholders as they will enable
the Company to pursue the significant opportunities in its tenements
and clear its debt obligations. In support of this recommendation, the
Independent Expert’s Report confirms that the Resolution is not fair but
reasonable to the non-associated Shareholders in the Company. Ross
Louthean is not aware of any other information that would be
reasonably required by Shareholders to allow them to make a decision
whether it is in the best interests of the Company to pass the Resolution;

Maybe just maybe he can stick around and collect some more free options for his valuble Board input.
This Board needed an independant Director from the get go but the cheer squad didnt have the Stones to fix this Board.
