Last time I talked to management I was asking about funding after oppies fell through. They were very hazy about the details but said they were working something through. Next day was the funding annnouncement...so they do not give too much away.
I get the feeling they want to release all the info together. I think the constant annoucements throughout the middle of this year were to try and get oppies over. I get the feeling the next ann may have some substance to it..IMO.
