Sorry I should have addressed the poster as Ajanta not AJ, I would like a reply because this was always my fear when raising at these levels. I always though LJC was put in place to sell shares to a possible CSI, Got that one wrong and it cost me dearly! I was once told a Convertible note is a sign of desperation, I failed to listen and paid the price because I fell in love with the simple Tech.
any views on how the cap raising will go?, page-27
