Carlye v SVW we all know who's gunna win that fight when it comes down to $$$,and reputation of closing the deal is on the line.

They are going to list on the NYSE in near future so will have plenty of firepower.

They should lobb a bid in to protect and enhance their position in COA.

SVW are trying to buy it(NHR) on the cheap,they have taken on Westrac and KS debt so 'may not' be able to go much further
in bidding more for NHR so Carlyle should consider lobbing bid in $4.50 plus $5.00 may get it over the line.
