If the announced deals don't go through due to financing or any other variables, the equity depletion and requirement for capital (i.e. a capital raising to replenish funds), the volatity in the current market and the fact that it has been suspended for 4 months i would suspect it would be a sell and it will relist around 15-25c. If on the other hand the deal goes through then it will depend on the terms of how the capital was raised to complete the deal and the terms of the issued shares.
I know this much, no matter how good the deal is this current market takes no prisoners. There have been a lot of very good microcaps that have been smashed unfortunately over the last 4 months. Timing will be crucial for the ROS relisting and any subsequent price rise.
