What do you mean beachtrade?
BMN doesnt have any money to buy PDN tennements, and PDN's deposits are materially different than BMN's in geology and processing requirements.
The only deposit BMN has that is similar enough to PDN is a relatively low grade, largely unexplored area that surrounds LH. And in that case it would be BMN selling to PDN.
