    Hots, are you saying that fair value for MEO is between 27 cents and 32?

    I know PPP another junior in the same situation trading $25 million below cash banking has mentioned that they are looking at a merger

    I think the MEO board felt it had to do something otherwise it was at risk of getting taken out?
