    Hi anyone,I have just received the scheme booklet and voting form. I need to appoint a proxy, other the chaiman or anyone else associated to with the company, ie. someone who is voting "NO" to both proposals. Is there anyone out there that is going to the meeting that can go proxy for me? I'll be voting online. Is there a central group who is looking after this?
