Mate - .....your making assumptions, you could be right prices could tumble 20%...tenants might desert me in droves. Who bloody knows what the future holds for any of us and our asset prices in this environment...but if we be negative and never at least make an educated call to do something /buy something and have a go...well it would be a pretty sad place...
