"Kairiki announced in July 2011 that it had selected a preferred farminee to farm-out a 15.05% participating interest
in return for a funded drilling programme. Currently, the farminee is completing due diligence and legal documentation is underway".
"The acquisition of 2D seismic data in the period to December 2011 is under consideration and will focus on confirming this interpretation."
