Robots and traders. Low volume makes EXT easy to ramp. But then the Top 20 holders come along and continue to accumulate and the price goes back up again.
Bannerman just announced that Hanlong still wants Etango. This is significant because Etango is right next door to Husab and it is likely China only wants Etango to incorporate it into the Husab project.
