If there finances are so tight , who only raise small amount. The small discount to the last closing price suggests they could have easily raised more at a few cents less.
I think what they have done is cleared debt repayment isssues and by doing so allow cashflow to be utilized elsewhere. The amount raised gives me comfort but I think all shareholders need to look at cashflow numbers to be truely relaxed. The way I look at it is the raising gives me a few months to get across the detail.
