Seems like that director knew when to sell. Share price is now substantially lower since he sold, even with the recent announcement that a 30 cents dividend is to be paid.
I sold my remaining holdings today, as I fear CIY could be affected by the tax loss selling period in June, and what may happen come the ex-div date.
