re: debono last word -banjar Banjar,
Just clarify whether you deem yourself an expert authority on Bali, or Indonesia in general.
There are enormous differences in all respects between the two, culturally and language wise.
Even in Java there are vastly different cultures and languages and people who resent the national language ( Bahasa Indonesia), and refuse to use it. You have to use THEIR language or be mute.
I asked you about the origin of your "nic" recently, when you were holding court on matters Indonesian.
The reason was that I had spent '90 and '91 in a place called Banjar in S/West Java, in Ciamis province.
Now, you claimed you had never heard of the place.
Nearby was Banjar Sari. Heard of that?
Obviously Java is not your forte. Dont care how much time you spent in "M" block in Jakarta, you obviously havent been down in Sunda country.
I could probably tell you a few stories about corruption by Police and authorities that you claim doesnt happen to people unless they ask for it.
Wrong. Indonesia is the most corrupt country I can think of after Columbia, perhaps.
In 1990, the military were shooting men ,women and children in Aceh, and leaving their bodies to line roads as a deterrent.
Obviously you've been to Indo, but does that give you the right to bag Debono like you have been?
I think not.
So please be a bit kinder to those you regard as culturally (Indonesian) inferior.
