A good post with some fair comment. I agree that all of us shareholders should vote no to the remuneration question as I do not believe that we should be rewarding a very poor management who have contributed much to the downfall of what was once perhaps Australia's greatest icon company and symbol of excellence. I also do not like the direction the company is going in. It has been downhill now (with no dividends) for a long time.
Put it this way, if you owned a company, and the board/management reported these results, would you be giving them a pay rise? I know what I would be doing!
