I'm no expert but I can't ever recall of a takeover being announced that effectively excludes other offers and how can a binding takeover be organised from scratch and announced in a fortnight without all parties being in the loop previously. Surely this is just not feasible which makes the ann. on the 15/9 possibly fraudulent?? Anyway my emails have already been sent.
