Is Rp data's historic data available -, for say 20 years
I'm looking for weighted average total sales compares for the 2 decades 1990-2010 for total - by auction & by private treaty... anual national totals good enuf...
Im trying to measure the effect over this time of the rise, rise & rise of the auction sale method...
in correlation to the sales & sales price increases/growth/bubble in this time...
