Following is an email I recieved from David ..... asked him if the three proposals were from separate bidders or all from the same (Cape/Team)??

First of all thank you for your email - a year ago no one knew who we were, today we are of great interest to a lot of people – I am pleased with this change and feel we have elevated our profile in the industry.



I was wondering why no one had asked the question that you asked - yes there were three bids by three separate independent parties - the bid that has been awarded the exclusivity is the old faces of Cape and Team with a very new face which has underwritten the investment. This has proven as a source of frustration to our investors however all will become clearer by the end of May . As always I am keen to hear your views.
