Datung in all probability ,, considering their off-take potential agreement is just that,,, an agreement to buy coldry pellets,,, refers in no way to a 20 yr grand plan to build tonka units,,, therefore, considering the proximity to the Tincom plan, and the manner in which you would suspect VCR will raise cash to build Tonka units,,, their would be (to quote the ol coldry king) ,,, Synergies.
Those Datung nuggets won't hit the water imo until Jan/Feb.
