Firstly I need to tell you that idiots don't get to be QCs. In fact I have never known a QC that wasn't a clever person, sometimes a bit too clever imho.
Secondly "sacking" counsel is easy enough. They flit from case to case and when a case is over so is the job. Sacking counsel with a history of winning cases may not be a particularly wise course of action.
Did you have any idea what you wanted this particular QC sacked from?
