Major hurdle is the relationship paul biya and cameroon govt has with the chinese..... A lot of behind the scenes work has been done by the chinese and a lot more work to be done by another bidder if they are to overcome them. Im in no rush and would be prepared to wait for production in a jv but others would love get their cash to reivest while the markets are hammered or just hold their cash.... shall wait and see. How different it would be in a healthy market...
