    As a previous knowlegable poster has said "Water is easy to find."
    The longer the tests the more detail is aquired.
    Genuine investors need that detail to make an educated decision to invest.
    It also should be remembered that Gulfsands have the option to become the operator after a commercial discovery.
    I am very optomistic that we have a good thing here.
    As GO noted some folks are buying today.
