See announcement today regarding PPN's suspension from trading for failing to lodge full year statements in accordance with listing rules.

The preliminary accounts released on 31 Aug 2011 indicated that $323,945 spent on legal and consultancy in 2010/11 compared to $62,204 in 2009/10. As PPN was awarded costs following the failed police case at the supreme court, there would have to be an adjustment either in 2010/11 or more likely 2011/12.
An announcement about the status of the reimbursement of legal costs and insurance claim for loss of income would be much appreciated. I would have thought that these were notifiable events.
