Did the directors get paid $6.4m, as it says in the expenses section of the notes. If so this seems a bit over the odds when the company made a $40m loss.

Cost of sales seemed fairly high as at $47m, any explanations for that, it is hardly profitable when you make $50m from operating activies and you spend $47m on them?

and what about the other income of $9m where has this come from, the notes say that it is largely from gains on fair value of acquistion of subsidary but fair value is changing very fast in this economic climate and could easily be a loss not a gain. I believe they should have been more conservative and not recorded this any thoughts?
