The report says it all -

"The report methodology remains consistent with the previous estimates and simply extrapolates a proved type curve across the PUD and probable well locations based on an 80 acre well spacing."

The reserves update that will be issued early next year with an effective date of the 31/12/11 will be the report where we will most likely see - decline curves upgraded, increased EUR's, reduced well costs, NGL stripping and possibly tighter well spaccing taken into consideration. And also 3P reserve figures (this recent report did not contain 3P figures)

Personally, i think only %30 reserves growth is at the lower end of the scale.
