For the sake of the shareholders, I just hope you don't get disappointed.
There have been many promises made.
1)I just can't help but think access to the port is a real issue which has not been overcome.
2)As a stand alone mine without port or rail access ( regardless of the proximity 30 K )
3) You'd have to assume the large end users have already "run the ruler" over Teresa.
