We certainly have seen valuations higher than the 57c offered by Hanlong. Unfortunately I must conceded that our hands have been tied by Cameroon/China, which means that any valuation higher than 57c will be of little use.
I would think it will be a very slim chance for a non-chinese entity to outbid Hanlong, AND have the ability to schmooze past China in the Cameroon/China lovefest.
