Anyone else heard much about Bergen Global? Googling has turned up nothing other than they've signed an investment deed with Strategic Elements (ASX:SOR) whose SP has more than halved since the float.
Citing investsmart.com.au: "Bergen Global is an international institutional investor, whose management have had experience in funding a number of ASX listed companies."
However I failed to find any other info.
