Nothing to do with finding tenants. Things like getting the dates right when people are moving out and promptly organising cleaning/repairs.
The parents drove up from down south after being told the tenant had moved out. Expecting an empty unit to stay in they found the korean kid still there and had to move new furniture in around him. He stayed on for another month.
Now the tenant is gone the agent could not even organise cleaning within 10 days.
