7.00pm today is the last day for CRE shareholders to convert and I am looking forward to the end of this so that it becomes clearer as to how FML will be managing CRE.
I'm not a mathematician but it appears as though current CRE holders are selling at a discount to the conversion price. Are they dumb or is my maths wrong?
If I'm correct. perhaps FML should buy them on market, it will be cheaper for us.
