i would call vti a serious arbitrage trade atm in an unusual way

if you research vti penndot i-99skytop and a few local news papers you will realise that the people with power in pensylvania usa . are seriously interested in bauxsol .there comments are that an initial 100.000 yards will intitially be done then there is the whole 900000 yard job if successful .

when people like these make comments like that , and its said the bauxsol will be coming from virgin isl via philly sometime end of may etc .

or when its on radio stations re i-99 mirracle fix .

now is this the worst kept secret ? or the greatest potemtial buy .
you have to understand that although permits etc and proceddures are being put in place and very publicly . no official order has been placed .

vti do not have to anounce until a product has been sold or order for product recieved

hence i say arbitrage as surely it doesnt get any better than this . imo vti would have to anounce relatively soon to even get product to i-99 befor june? let alone may . ( IMO ) I COULD BE WRONG

the usa is also saying prices from $250 to $500 u.s for bauxsol
vti is not commenting on price or anything else ,these commentss in newspapers are generally the client penndot .

and I-99 IS GETTING WORSE
