Voltaire, in the world of profit, you can only make a profit-at some-one elses expence.
On the radio today(thats Perth radio) 6pr-the Paul Murray show,a father was telling the story of his apprenticed son, whom 3 employers chose to ripoff.
They paid his wages sometimes in cash ,sometimes it was banked, but no super.
The parents went to the apprencitiship board, who told them,it was none of their concern.

This is the flip side of the coin,I dear say the majority of employers are good, the remainder demands that Unions are present to a insure safety, lets make sure everyone gets home in one piece.
Secondly lets insure everyone gets paid their fair dues,-no more no less.
And can I say with just a modicom of respect,as every human being deserves.

Can I say there were alot of calls from parents with similar tales.

On this forum I have also told the tale of having to take a pick handle to one of my sons bosses house to get his wages(not boasting just fact).

Could you beleive it Voltaire, the next story on the 6pr show, was about how big contracts had gone offshore-thus denying locals of work, only for the work which had been done in Malaysia for Pluto to be redone localy in WA because it wasnt to standard.

Just as well WPL have deep pockets.

I agree one percent with Marc Faber,"you only get one percent productivey,if you have a one percent employment."

Both state and federal govts need a rocket up them, the trickle down theory is mythical, there could and should be work for everyone and there should be win-win for everyone, not the I win because you loose, by way of lower than life employers.
Just as with McCarthy, all the good employers are guilty by association-with the bad ones, they should be drumming the rubbish out of business.
