The below quote from the annual report hints that the China Mobile MyLife365 platform will be launched this year...It's October now with only 12 weeks left in the year.

Testing has been continous for several months so I believe they are online-launch-ready as far as the majority of technical operational project work goes. If sellers can't wait 12 weeks, I am confident it will be their loss soon unless they buy back in.

"SmartTrans’ mobile telephone based software products and services are budgeted to launch in China this year and SmartTrans is presently negotiating a number of additional supply and service agreements, which SmartTrans expects will broaden its market reach in China and aid expansion"
