Yep, on a nice strong up day, with sell depth decreasing. What's that I smell.

You wouldn't want the price to run would you...can't scare any more sellers that way. Can't keep the price nice and low, just in case there's a nice little cap raise to "private investors".

Last few private cap raises have been at 3.5c so can't see her getting lower than that for very long. Easy way to not let them play their game...don't be fooled into panic selling, and/or call their bluff and buy on support.
